Beginning: Each week we will provide a writing prompt at the beginning of the session.
Middle: You WRITE, stories, songs, comedy, journaling, etc...
End: We will end each week with an optional, feedback insight circle and provide a take-away to inspire you!

Saturday, December 8th - Prompts: Boundaries, Red Flags
